Store Policy & Return Policy
    • Please allow 48 hrs for email responses. If message is sent through Facebook or Instagram and a response is not received within 48 hrs, please email us. A lot of times we are not notified of new messages or the notification gets lost in the sea of notifications.
    • Most items are made to order. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to ship unless you made other arrangments with us.
    • Products will be shipped through USPS standard first class shipping (1-5 business days)
    • If your item is received damaged: We will either replace it or refund you the money for the full purchase price including shipping when item is returned. You have 2 days from the day in which you receive your order to contact us letting us know your purchase was damaged.

      If you are unsatisfied with your order: If unsatisfied with order and would like to return it, you have 3 business days to contact us and let us know. We can either switch it out with another item or refund you for just the purchase price for the item, not the shipping to you or the cost of shipping it back to us.

      If your order was shipped incorrectly: If it was our mistake, we will replace it. If shipping address was given to us incorrectly contact us and we can talk about it.

      If your order is custom: Once payment is received for your order there are no refunds for your order.
